Posted, thanks! I removed the front matter pages in case those are still under copyright, and a couple of pages after the end of the article, but alas, it didn't reduce the size much. Jourdain, Frege, and Peano were all dead by 1936, so as far as I can tell, their copyright has expired (both in the US, where the PDF was made, and in Germany, where our website is hosted) and we should be able to share it. -- Best, Richard
