Indeed. We can't post PDFs if they're not open access, but we can add links. E.g. some of the English translations were originally published as articles which are now on JSTOR; we can add links to those. We'd welcome the same for translations in other languages. We can also add links to pages where the translation collections can be purchased. (Actually, I was wondering if affiliate links to publishers' pages might be a good way to get a little bit of income for the Society...)
There may be some exceptions, like Basic Laws, which was intended to be open access, wasn't it?
Hm, I didn't know this! Alas neither Ebert nor Rossberg has joined the IFS yet. Does anyone else know more about this?
